Gibbs Fun Run
The 2nd Gibbs Boosterthon Fun Run is set for Thursday, October 24th! This truly exciting fundraiser via pledges event is surely something to look forward to. It will be an outdoor event, STEAM-themed, and fitness focused experience. Every student will be able to take part in this activity.
Boosterthon will kick it off with an energetic Pep Rally assembly where the students will learn all about the event. Be sure to ask them all about what they are learning.
Students will be introduced to the Mindspark Mystery Lab Crew and will solve mysteries and develop 5 key character traits. The Boosterthon staff will be present and continue to engage with the students until the Fun Run Day.

On the day of the fun run, students will complete 30-35 laps (35 laps max) around the soccer field.
​
This Boosterthon event is a PTA fundraiser and the proceeds will go towards making resources and programs available to our students. All PTA fundraisers help to purchase classroom supplies, technology and office equipment, subsidize field trips and assemblies such as STEAM Night and support after school clubs and programs that provide enrichment for our Gibbs students.

Box Tops can be found on hundreds of General Mills and other products such as Kleenex, Hefty, Pillsbury, Ziploc, Betty Crocker and many more. Cut out the box tops and put them in an envelope or plastic baggie and have your child turn them in to their teacher. Each box top is worth 10 cents!
